Respected sir/ madam,
Order:[protected] was cancelled on 26th march 2020, i did not get refund for the same till today.
Actually, i did not cancel the order and it was cancelled by your stores people due to some internal price issue with your apollo pharmacy.
The price for the product rs. 749/- when i was order through online, later on they come up and told me that the price got increased to rs.1049/- hence we are cancelling this order and you can raise a new order for rs. 1049/- if you want the product, then i realised and came to know that due to covid-19 pandemic situation they wanted to cash in as much as they want on all the products.
Usually, when the order was cancelled the amount will get refunded to customer account maximum in 7 working days from the order cancelled date.
Unfortunately today is the 10th working day, but i did not get amount.
Even i contacted to the customer care service people... Very worst thing that they do not have any information about the order unless we tell the history of the order. Still i do not understand why the customer service is required for apollo pharmacy when it was not functioning as per customer expectations.
Not only customer care... Even i contacted to apollo customer care sales people through an email about the details... These people also doesn't have minimum curtesy to reply/acknowledge customer emails.
Overall what i understood from you guys... The apollo become very worst now a days and are only meant for money making business rather than service.
