Apollo Pharmacy — Order Delayed by more than 2 weeks: Not receive the delivery

Dear Ma’amSir,
There has been a huge delay in delivery of medicine for Order#[protected].The order was placed on 02nd Jan 2022 02:49PM, expected delivery - 6 Jan 2022 & yet to deliver as on 18th Jan Apr 2022 19:50 PM.
My Client ID (UHID) is APJ1.[protected]
Wrote several emails to customer care but did not get any response from the other side.
Kindly help in getting the medicines delivered at the earliest.
