[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Order never delivered and points not returned back order no :[protected]

Order id I order medicine on 29th Nov, wrong medicine delivered after follow-up on 4th Dec. the wrong medicine then picked up back, but my money/points never returned. i called and mailed, only i get 2 commitments 30 min we will call back and 24 hours we will resolve. but nothing happened.
