I had placed this order on 18th July and it is close to 12 days but I am yet to receive it. Twice, a delivery person came with the parcel but the delivery person refused to deliver the order saying it was CASH ON DELIVERY despite being a prepaid order (paid through PayTM). This happened on Friday (24th July) and I spoke to the customer care thrice to sort this out. Once they even said that he will tell the delivery person and sort out the confusion. Still it was not resolved. Pathetic service.
The same thing happened on Saturday. I have written to their online chat agent and also dropped a feedback but you refuse to bother. I have also dropped two mails to [protected]@apollopharmacy.in, [protected]@apollopharmacy.org but there is not revert.
Suddenly today I see that they have cancelled the order from their end unilaterally without my consent. How can they do this? I had not ordered the medicines anywhere else since they had accepted my order/ even shipped my order. Now they cannot cancel the order. I want the medicines to be delivered immediately. The medicines are not available in my locality stores.
I want my order to be delivered immediately.
