Over charges of product in apollo pharmacy, adarsh nagar, visakhapatnam

We buy a kids Tedibar soap rate 150/- in adarsh nagar Visakhapatnam apollo pharmacy, but same soap in same line their is another apollo pharmacy in that 140/- what is the different between these two, every month we are buying at least 2000/-, i asked the pharmacy people who working their two ladies and one man they dontknow how to speak with customers....

    I Manoj kumar, as a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy for months...now feeling disappointed on staff behaviour at Apollo pharmacy branch, Annamaya circle, Air bypass road, Tirupati branch...I have paid 600 rs to medicines bought through phonepe and also received a message that it has been credited to Apollo pharmacy account...but the staff in that branch said that it has not been credited and asked me to pay again 600 to his personal phonepe...

      I have purchased pen type novomix insulin from apollo pharmacy, mogappair west, costing roughly around rs.720/- after deduction of 10 % for members, is not working. I have again visited apollo pharmacy and asked for replacement. The staff obtained it and after a period of three days given a pen which is also not working. So i have given the insulin pen to the pharmacy staff itself. I have lost around rs.720/- towards this transaction, since apollo pharmacy, mogappair west is not inclined to replace the same with a good one.

        I have already registered dnd on my number but apollo pharmacy still you keep send advertisement sms to my mobile number, since i am using your android application does not mean you have to send sms daily 5 and more

          delivered wrong tablets and changed the patients prescribed tablet composition without prior intimation

          Order placed on 1st aug, they delivered on 2nd august with a big mistake
          The order was placed for starpress am xl 50 mg which costs rs. 414.45 for 30 tablets whereas they cheated me by delivering starpress xl 50 mg which costs rs. 255. 15 for 30 tablets. The tablet composition is different for both the tablets and they are taking no steps as of now to resolve the same.

          Now they have closed...

          Wrong item delivered and taken back my item but till now no replace or no refund

          I ordered savlon antispectic liquid 1litre bottles 2 from apollo pharamacy online on 27july 2020. But apollo pharamacy deliver me savlon disinfectant spray bottles on 30 july 2020. The delivery boy took money and left. At that time i called to customer care about my item. They tell return the item back sir and cutted the call, on 31 july 2020 the delivery boy came and asked the item back, at the time i call the customer care about return...

            As a customer I went to buy ointment in our city Apollo pharmacy which is located near Surya hotel hiriyur talluk chitradurga dist but guy who is senior or in charge in ur pharmacy behaving rude and wild with us he is very worst person and I questioning that what kind of staf[censored] have general manager u don't know how to choose the right person to ur pharmacy bad bad bad pharmacy bcz of his rude worst behaving take action on him 😡 very soon this is customer unsatisfied with staff he is wery rude worst person u should only responsible for u worst person worst staff reaction the guy looks like black 5.5 height worst looking and uniform also not weard he is casual dress in the pharmacy where is the of this guy general manager sir am questioning u only u must handle this guy and u have to take action on him

              I had placed this order on 18th July and it is close to 12 days but I am yet to receive it. Twice, a delivery person came with the parcel but the delivery person refused to deliver the order saying it was CASH ON DELIVERY despite being a prepaid order (paid through PayTM).                   Sir good morning sir i am from gingee villupuram district tamilnadu state. Two days before i went to appollo pharmacy gingee branch for bought a 10 pieces of adult diapers. When sales person mr ramalingam were not giving me the appollo product diapers mrp 500 after direct discount it was 450. That person ramalingam can't give discount so can't bought it.                   I went to ur apollo pharmacy on 23/07/2020, to buy non sterile gloves but you people have increased price to 30%, i. E from 6 rs to 8rs.. I think govt kept price rate 750/100 pieces for sterile gloves. Is it fair. Give me clarification or else i will feel u have looted.
