I ordered on 27.04.2020 at 11.02 hrs for 3 items(Oximeter, Vapouriser & Electrobion) & also paid through net banking. on 28.04.2020, msg also received order confirmed.It was also showing order will be delivered by 29.04.2020. But then after, no progress in order till 02.05.2020.Several times, i tried to connect with Apollo pharmacy customer care no, but never connected.Even i mailed to [protected]@apollopharmacy.org on 30.04.2020, but no response received. So after such long harrasement 02.05.2020, i was bound to cancel the order & after cancellation no refund mail/sms generated/processed. Kindly confirm about refund & process on earliest.
