"i am taking always medicine from apolo. I have experienced different stores. Every time the staff is so cooperative.

Even every time was getting discount also as mentioned in the policy.

Yesterday i went to bopal, ahmedabad apolo pharmacy to buy medicine for my mom. It was quite urgent to take medicine at home. At the pharmacy store was having rus as well.

Apolo staff was trying to manage as much as possible.

Recently, new rules started as otp comes to customer mobile number and then only discount will be applicable. One customer who was before me in billing line was not getting otp on his mobile. He didn't want to leave his discount. Bcz of this system me and all other customer was getting late.

My suggestion is to not have this otp compulsion. At least at pharmacy store people comes to take medicine not follow otp system for a discount."
