Sir i am purchasing apollo medicines since 2018, from your branches, nandakumar, purba medinipur, west bengal. They had given me your loyalty card. Usually i am purchasing from nandakumar branch for my family (Wife, son, me, daughter, son in law and grand daughter). I had a quarrel with them through phone. Then they told my account shows 60 rupees credit and me that the problem is rectified. Next day they told me they dont have internet to get my discount. I think they are not accounting your sale of medicines properly. Misusing your money. Please look into the matter and locate the culprits.
