In each corner of the visakhapatnam city. The thing is that a patient is some times dependent on pharmacies for small ailments, like, fever, cough etc.
Most of the appolo centres, the services are very poor. The staff appointed
Are very poor in medicine knowledge. Where as some medical shops are providing excellent services for small ailments of the patients. Customer must
Feel confident about the services of the persons. I observed near to my house, the apollo phyarmacy, well decorated, but, the staff are not upto the
Mark in giving medicines for small things also. Please appoint efficient
Staff so that people will be confident for coming to apollo pharmacy.

I had purchased 4 apollo sanitary pads ultra thin xl 15 pads and highly dissatisfied with the product quality. Manufacturing date of the same pproduct is feb 2018. I noticed that pad doesn't stick properly and outer line gets torn in some pads while using.

I still have 2 unused packets left and i no longer intend to use those pads. I liked apollo products in the past and was regular customer of many products.br...

Your pharmacy (K. K. Nagar, chennai outlet) staff ms. Tamilarasi's behavior and attitude towards me (I am a senior citizen and buying my regular medications for the past ten years since i underwent cabg i. E bypass surgery.) was very rude and impolite on september 2. I came back even without buying medicines and not only that i decided not to buy medicines from any of your outlet until my complaint is addressed to and i am spoken to regarding this from a responsible person from your side. I wanted to let you know that, the workers who are working in apollo pharmacy which is located near karaikal new busstand is not responding properly. Not even one person is responsible there. Though there is an emergency situation they are simply roaming here and there and not properly responding the customers. I would like to share my personal experience here. I went to buy a cream there and i had a little kid in my hand waiting for more than 5 minutes. They not even came and asked what i am in need of. They simply checking computers and talking among themselves. I thought they are responding another customers but unfortunately the other customers also waiting so long. I lost my temper and asked for cream though they didn't asked me. They said wait we will look for that. After that response i have waited 10 more minutes and i shouted again and they got me that within a minute. This is not a one day problem there. I am highly distrubed by their attitude more than a year. I am complaing now because i have waited all these days that they will change but they are highly lazy. Kindly consider my complaint and atleast warn them to do their duty without any laziness.

I usually buy my medicines in rajahmundry (Near shyamala theatre) pharmacy. They write the products sold to us in white pages regular notebook. They don’t generate bills to the customer unless they demand. I asked the reason why there nt giving bill... He said he discounts are avail only for purchases above 200. So we write them on the white book nd giv discounts. Later at the end of the day we combine them to server billing.

Sir we from kakinada, bhanugudi junction, east godavari district, pin:533003, sir we are facing problem with your office staff. They are not accepting our bill through phone pay, and not encourage digital payments. But we got good response from medplus. We face the problem regularly in applo pharmacy, military road, bhanugudi, kakinada. They negligence not good for our applo pharmacy. Appolo pharmacy got bad reputation here. Sir i am purchasing apollo medicines since 2018, from your branches, nandakumar, purba medinipur, west bengal. They had given me your loyalty card. Usually i am purchasing from nandakumar branch for my family (Wife, son, me, daughter, son in law and grand daughter). I had a quarrel with them through phone. Then they told my account shows 60 rupees credit and me that the problem is rectified. Next day they told me they dont have internet to get my discount. I think they are not accounting your sale of medicines properly. Misusing your money. Please look into the matter and locate the culprits. I had purchased medicine of Rs. 1377.9/- from your Exotica, Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad outlet on 22.08.2018. I requested your person to deduct 1000/- from Paytm and 377.9/- from credit card. Your person asked me paytm otp. After that he told me that sir please pay all the amount from card as bill generated thru card only. I paid all the amount Rs. 1377.9/- by my credit card. After that i have checked my paytm account then i found that my 1000/- has been deducted from Paytm to Apollo Pharmacy ( screen shot enclosed). I am requesting since 22.08.2018 to your said outlet to resolve the issue asap but no firm commitment received till date.

Being a old / loyal customer of your Pharmecy, i again request yuou to resolve the issue immediately.

I placed an order with apollo pharmacy with an order i'd[protected] which was placed on 20 aug'18. The advance payment was made on the same day knowing it's a big online retail store. I have been following up with their executive till date but i am not getting any response response other than the assurance that your product will be delivered. Its really very bad experience that the client has to wait for his medicine for so many days....

I purchased a product apollo splint from apollo pharmacy at bachupally cross roads. It was damaged just after 2 minutes due to low quality, when i returned to apollo pharmacy they are not responding properly. Here after we could not trust any apollo product to purchase and also especially from apollo pharmacy. Generally i used to purchase minimum 500 pm from apollo pharmacy now i will switch to some other who will provide good quality.

I wish to inform you that today at 6.23pm approx my father, senior citizen, went to shop to buy medicine but the staff of the shop misbehaved with my father telling that he had stolen one medicine(human mixture).The other customer who was standing in shop told the staff that why they are giving wrong statement.They told the staff that you have forgotten that you have kept in the desk the medicine and you are blaiming the old person.Very very very bad behaved with my father.In future i will not buy any medicine from your shop if not taken proper steps of the staffs of your shop.

I had purchased glycomet - 500 s. R. Table strip from 'shop no 5, arihant arden, sector 2, noida, uttar pradesh 201301' in a day or 2, complete tablet was getting out through stool in morning. Then i took one tablet and put in water for more than 14 hrs and found it is not getting soluble in water that's why body was not able to digest it and through it out in 8-10 hrs from body via stool.
Pls check and take my complain...

This is with regards to the below mentioned branch of a apollo pharmacy. Rgm/as/206/f/08 sreeram nagar complex, tegharia, vip road, kolkata-700052 (Near-haldiram). The sales man are very rude and don't know how to behave with customers. Everytime whenever they are being asked to search for any medicine the sales man specifically doesn't check any medicine and simply say it's not in the stock this so not the first time this is a repeated issue and when we ask him to recheck he starts abusing. Every month we get a call from the apollo pharmacy to come and pick up medicines as they are available buy the moment we visit most of them are not available and the person who is usually at the counter in the morning mishaves and even after telling him repeatedly that we will complain he kept on misbehaving with us. I think the apollo management needs to address this else they will be loosing a lot of customer particularly from this shop...

I am a regular customer of Apollo Pharmacy, Indira Nagar, Adyar. On 11/08/2018 I purchased some medicines there and tried for the first time to pay via PAYTM for Rs. 187/-. As its showed 'failed transaction' I paid cash Rs. 100/- and utilised credit in my favour for the balance amount of Rs. 87/-. I now notice a withdrawal of Rs. 152.10 on that day in my SB account with Indian Bank, Adyar the following details: WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER PAYTM[protected]/paytm/ TRANSFER TO [protected].

I think this amount of Rs. 152.10 pertains to some other customer with the pharmacy (perhaps kept open on the paytm code bar screen there).

My bank informs that this amount is credited your account / your customer.

Kindly verify at your end and arrange to credit the amount to my account with the pharmacy.
