On 18 May 2021 I have ordered an oximeter from Apollo app and once I unboxed it I found the product to be faulty as even after installing the batteries it is not getting turned on. I have raised request for return, I have even emailed the product picture to the email Id provided still no revert received for the replacement highly disappointed with the quality of the product received need this to be replaced or better refunded
