Apollo Pharmacy — Partial delivery

I placed an order on Apollo 24*7 app on 11th Jan, 2022 with a list of 5 items. The package was delivered to me on 13th Jan. Out of which 1 item was 3 pieces of N95 masks, of which I received only 2, 1 is missing.
Also, I ordered Dolo-650 tablets, which I havent received at all.
I also ordered vicks cough drop- 25 units of which I received only 15

I raised a ticket on their helpdesk but there has been no communication so far. They are closing the ticket without providing the appropriate action. This is highly unprofessional of such a highly recognised brand. I have the invoice and the pictures of item ready at hand as evidence. I want an appropriate refund or the items.
