Apollo Pharmacy — Partial Delivery out of 2 items 1 item not delivered

I have ordered with Apollo Pharmacy app on[protected] against their order No[protected] the medicines are Estroease 4mg 30 tablets and Evalon cream 15gms 1 no for that the total amount of Rs.1418.40 i have paid they have raised the Bill no 11796DS0249132 for the total value of 1418.40 and i received the medicine on[protected] by opening the box i have noticed only the tablet Extroease 4 mg only. They have not sent and another item of EVALON cream 15mg is not in the pack i have immediately complaint thro email further they have asked for the Invoice copy i have forwarded the same on the same date on[protected] and registered the complaint and the Number 343355. Till now i have not received any reply from their end i am not able to contact their Tole free number also. Its very difficult to reach them there is no other customer complaint number. enclosing the Invoice for the reference
