Apollo Pharmacy — Partial Delivery out of 2 items 1 item not delivered

I have ordered with Apollo Pharmacy app on[protected] against their order No[protected] the medicines are Estroease 4mg 30 tablets and Evalon cream 15gms 1 no for that the total amount of Rs.1418.40 i have paid they have raised the Bill no 11796DS0249132 for the total value of 1418.40 and i received the medicine on[protected] by opening the box i have noticed only the tablet Extroease 4 mg only. They have not sent and another item of EVALON cream 15mg is not in the pack i have immediately complaint thro email further they have asked for the Invoice copy i have forwarded the same on the same date on[protected] and registered the complaint and the Number 343355. Till now i have not received any reply from their end i am not able to contact their Tole free number also. Its very difficult to reach them there is no other customer complaint number. enclosing the Invoice for the reference

Updated by Sundararajan N Partial delivery medicine cost refund credited to my account today. But my suggestion please dont allow solli pharmacy app there is no response from their side in esther way phone or email. Very poor customer service.

I have ordered with Apollo Pharmacy app on 17 February 2022, 12:45 P.M.
against their Order ID(s) :[protected] . The medicines are Bevon, Bilypsa, Betoact eye drops, I-Dew DS eye drops and FML Liquifilm eye dops for that the total amount of Rs. 4286.68. I have paid the necessary amount after Product discount. I received the medicines Box on[protected].

By opening the box I have noticed that “FML eye drops” not delivered with other medicines.

So, please arrange to send my missing medicine (FML eye drops ) at an early date.
