Apollo Pharmacy — Partial test reports received from Apollo 24/7

I had ordered for my mother’s (Name: R.Rajeswari) lab tests with “Comprehensive Package Women” via online Order ID:[protected] on 9th Dec 2021 with the understanding that I will get the results atleast by end of the day. But I haven’t received hba1c report as of today[protected] and I have no clue on why it has to take such a long time and there is absolutely no proper response from the support when asked for status. I am sorry to say that this is a very bad experience I have had when I critically needed those reports. This is not expected from such a big corporate. I request you to refund the money I paid for the tests as i have gone ahead with another lab for the tests. I request you to kindly not misguide public when there is no proper lab infrastructure and commitment to conduct tests.
