I had purchased mamy poko pants and cold tablets from mugalivakkam Apollo pharmacy branch.bill amount was 933 .I was paid through phone pe.transaction I'd was successful.but they were not accepted the payment and they're not given the items.kindly refund my money.

    I have placed multiple orders on appolo pharmacy from cash less facility on medi buddy but the pharmacy is taking its own sweet time to deliver medicines also they are giving standard time as 5 hours to pick up from store its been 5 days and till now it's not ready at pharmacy.
    The store attendants and managers are very irresponsible no one takes even basic step to resolve customer issue. It's like a government office where we can't expect any thing.
    I am taking about nagawara store bengaluru 560045.
    The customer care on call always mentions there is no one in office hence cannot help and there won't be any call back. I have called 1000 times hopeless

      Partial test reports received from Apollo 24/7

      I had ordered for my mother’s (Name: R.Rajeswari) lab tests with “Comprehensive Package Women” via online Order ID:[protected] on 9th Dec 2021 with the understanding that I will get the results atleast by end of the day.       Everyday the burn twice and it pollutes the air .. it's very difficult to breath .. it burns for hours daily .. please help to resolve this problem .. we have so many kids and seniors citizens in our apartment .

        I have purchased Diziron tablets at your Kota branch Vizianagaram.
        Though I need 3 tablets the sales person made me buy an entire sheet which is not required for me saying they won't give in cuts.

        Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care's response         Dear customer,

        Cutting the strip and dispensing the medicine would cause a damage of the expiry date and manufactured dates.

        Due to high risk of consuming few medicines without the expiry dates for both the customer as well as Pharmacy, partial dispensing is denied on selected medicines.

        I hope you understand our limitations and this is for our patient's wellness.

          My father has been purchasing a lot of medicines thru Apollo pharmacy.

          When I login to download the bills/ annual statement of purchase, It's totally blank.

          If I raise a query thru email. Junk response to wait. No prompt workaround to track.

          Need my Annual statements for Tax purposes.

            They are not processing my refund

            I received my order on 18 nov, order no. #[protected]. One of the ordered looked like it was hampered with, so I wrote multiple emails and the ordered was picked up for return. It’s been 8 days now and I still haven’t received the refund.             I regularly used this medicine. Previous I also ordered this medicine from appollo, but this time I found fake medicine. Received medicine not properly mixed with water and smell like biscuits powder and after consume mouth full of sand dust.

              I ordered medicines online on 22nd nov 2021. The order was split into
              two (No.[protected] and[protected]. Order No.[protected] of one medicine was supplied the next day i.e, 23rd. But to my surprise the order No.[protected] consisting of 2 medicines is delayed and it has not been delivered till the date of writing this mail.

              I have taken a Circle membership paying Rs.299/= but what is the use, if my medicines (Mainly diabetic) is not supplied. Even for the same medicines (Xilia MP-2) one strip was charged Rs.136.30 and the other Rs.164.60. Why this difference I am unable to understand.

                They are not giving bills unless asked before purchase. They are not giving discounts which we get at other branches. I could clearly see that their billing machine is working yet they say it's not.

                My order number is[protected], ticket number of issue is 131679. Order date: 19 Nov' 21...
                One of the worst app and worst service provider. No customer care at all. They deliver wrong medicines and don't bother to revert on the issues raised through app or their whatsapp, or even through their email id. The standard reply is that we have asked shop to revert. On chasing, they just closed the ticket with their own will. Not sure how stupid a customer care team can be. This app should be removed from Google store. Rubbish services.

                  Hi... I had order one medicine for new born to Apollo medical supply website on 26-Nov-2021 morning and they committed that it will be deliver on same day. It was pre-paid order. But till the time writing this (29-Nov-2021 evening), things are not delivered. Tickets already raised but no action from them and I don't see any positive progress. Looks like Apollo is cheating people and ignoring some orders. Please have a look so that people like me does not suffer.

                    I bought tusq d lozenges from the Apollo pharmacy store and in bill it cost me 49.5₹ for 6 tablets but when i see the packet it's mrp was 45 for all the 6 tablets. Why they are charging more than mrp.

                        Hi sir, the stff-supervisor named RAJESH of the branch NUZVIDU(2nd branch) belongs to krishna district, Andhra pradesh, india----He is mis-behaving, abusing, using informal language and lacked speaking skills, ethical skills over his junor assistants and abusing them to leave if not want to work and showing loyal to other senoir assistants...It makes the junior one very shy infront of customers, mis-using the power while appointing duty among juniors, , , , So, plz take necessary actions against him and resolve the issue AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.It makes new junoiors to lost thier food feeding employment of family.
                        His conduct was not matched with any CONSTITUTIONAL COMPANY LAW and LABOUR LAW and EMPLOYEE Act's.
