Apollo Pharmacy — Payment deducted but medicine still pending

Dear apollo this is genital reminder to all of you,
Medicine I had already 2 days back and today’s we are standing on 5th till date I don’t have proper information about medicine is still in order or cancel bcz payment I had already done and for today some delivery person came my house with medicine which I had order but he is asking about the payment to be cash but why should I pay the double amount when payment already had been done throw online mode so why should I pay again
