I ordered my medicine on 26th dec vide order number *[protected]* and the medicine was about to be delivered on same day.
But the medicine was not delivered and i received a message that it has been delivered.
I am a patient of TB(tuberculosis) and arthritis and have to take medicine on daily basis. So in order to take my medicine I went to purchase another dose of medicine through our local chemist.
Screenshots of order details and text messages has been attached for reference.
So I complained on apollo customer care vide ticket number *#1561606* and they promised to resolve the status within *48 hours* but I feel very sad and frustrated that the everytime I call them they say the same line of resolving complaint within 48 hours.
Now I am not left with any option.
So I request you to kindly refund my amount so that atleast my money can be recovered.
