Yesterday (dated on[protected] i have purchased few medicine for my dad at apollo pharmacy located Shanthi Nagar, Kukatpally Branch. He is suffering with heart related problem and nerves related issues. i went to pharmacy with prescription, but staff not even understand the medicine name and given wrong medicine to me. Later i have cross checked all medicine with old sheets, one medicine doesn't match. Today (Dated on[protected] again...

I'm receiving multiple promotional messages from Apollo everyday. It is irritating and distracting oftentimes. I want to unsubscribe from their messaging services. Please provide me remedy at the earliest. Thank you....

I ordered medicine to the wrong address and I declined the order by calling the delivery executive. I still have not received my refund, nor the order is shown as canceled in the app. The order status says - Delivery attempted. I tried to call the customer care but the number seems to be invalid. The turn around time for a ticket raised on app is around 8hrs which is way too high. I have been having thought time to follow up on this issue,...

My payment has been deducted from the bank account but the order is not still created in the application. While trying to raise a complaint through numbers shown on website and mobile app none of the number seems to work. Very poor service from Appollo....

I made one purchase from Apollo Pharmacy a month back. Since then, the company has been spamming me with unwanted promotional SMS 10 times every day. I never signed up for these messages and they are very annoying and disturbing.

Request you to take my number off from your promotional lists....

I need cancellation and refund at the earliest....

I ordered Steri B Macz on 16th December and supposed to be delivered on 20th December 2022. Till date, the product is not delivered and I asked for cancellation which is also not at all considered and kept on hold.

Its a prepaid order and they are making us frustrated by keeping no useful updates if we raise a complaint online. I was struggling since 20th December and no actions till date.

Yesterday night after 10.15 my brother went to apollo medical shop.for medicine.as.emergency purpose. But in medical shop.person was reject to give tablets. And he is telling that my time is.over i want close the shop. Now. I dont give the medicine. Finally he was.not.given the medicine. Is this the way. U are telling 24/7 but no use. How rudely he was behaved. Night time.why will ask emergency purpose only na. But like this doing means how....

They're not accepting discount vouchers while purchasing of tablets more than 1000 rs...

Sir i have ordered some medicine (Dorzox T PF) from Apollo Pharmacy dated 8 Dec 2022 they have accepted payment against the ORDER #[protected] but next canceled my order and till now I don't receive money.

I have 4 times order same product every time they accept order & payment and after 1 day cancel my order without informing and their customer service executive say product...

Apollo pharmacy boasts of on time deliveries and even advertises about it openly but blatantly mock the client while taking orders on the app. So when you add medicines to your cart, you are shown a delivery date but it changes once the payment is done.
Often even after this change the medicines are not delivered on the date promised.
I am a dissatisfied customer, I order hypertension medication for my father in law, regularly...

Please refer to my most recent order because I didn't receive the order cash back and my health credits didn't appear. I submitted a complaint with the number #1479695; if you can, please check it and give me my cash back. If not, I'll try another pharmacy....

My order #[protected] is marked as delivered but the delivery is not done.
I have raised an incident #1474941 but still it's not resolved ....

I hv reported incorrect item was sent to me by apollo pharmacy, item ordered name isopure strawberry cream but the item was sent vanilla isopure, there has been more then 8 email was exchanged with customer care of apollo pharmacy asking to return and in reply they always in 2 to 3 days items will be picked up and this ongoing from last two to three weeks but no resolution has been provided...

This Apollo pharmacy is cheating by taking money and updating fake delivery message. I bought 5000rs worth medicine and they delayed delivery and now updated that medicine delivered. They are not responding via phone calls and via email they are just responding same copy past message. I asked for a refund or to send medicine they are not responding. These medicines are for my mother she underwent open heart by pass surgery. I had to buy from...

Purchased a product via Apollo mobile app. And after downloading the app, I am receiving multiple promotional sms per day.

I dont want to receive any of these as they are very irritating.

I tried to block contacts, unsubscribe to sms(APOLLO UNSUB to [protected]) but nothing works, I am still receiving those promotional messages.

I have uninstalled the app but its not helping either.
