[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — payment related and staff approach | |||
I am a regular customer of apollo pharmacy sembakkam. Last time when i purchased medicines your swipe machine malfunctioned and your staff swiped 7-8 times by mistake. My account got debited. Your staff called me next day and told the same was not reflecting in your account. I said still my amount has not reversed and i can give only after reversal of the money. But one of your staff ramya was rude in approach and she is asking me to pay the money immediately. This is not my fault and i told your people that i will come and pay once i get the approval from bank. Please look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
