This mail regardaing an issue about the representative satyajit kar emp id 2693, who is unwilling to sell medicine or give home delivery for the same. Since the day i have given the list of medicine he was unwilling to share the payments method and forcing to pay the amount by cash... He also informed me that he will not give the medicine until and unless i dont make payment prior the delivery of the product... I am not new to apollo and i refill medicine evry alt month. Without failure... He is rude and have no professional idea about the job he is into... He cancelled my medicine as i have asked him to deliver the medicine first before payment...

I am very much disappointed about this and will go to the highest authority if necessary to seek solution for my problem. My contact no is [protected] //[protected].

Very unprofessional representative and rude unnecessary it will incur huge loss in future if such employ represents a brand name like apollo.

Sir... Iam training in your apollo pharmacy... U have some family problems so suddenly i leave and regin my job. But somebody sir's not give my 10th class original memo with out money... They want money... Pay money and take your memo sir... What is this sir... Your apollo company is brand company your stoff is very foolish... What i do sir... We are students... This is in regards to store located in d. No.5-123/1shop no 1, buddha nagar peerzadiguda (Vill), uppal (Mandal), boduppal, hyderabad, telangana 500039.

I always prefer apollo pharmacy for my family medical needs, with my previous positive experience i have offered through ramanthapur store. But coming to this particular peerzadiguda store, i felt very unprofessional male staff in particular, not even interested...

I had purchased a xylomist nasal drops from Apollo pharmacy outlet of new ranip, Ahmedabad and had paid through Paytm 2 days back. I wanted to refund the product due to lack of indication for its use. But the vendor denied for giving the money back or crediting it into our Apollo account or even buying some other medications in place of it, and the reason given was that since payment is done online the product can't be taken back. Is there nothing that can be done?

I tried to buy a anti dandruff shampoo they are selling 1years 8 month old product... Really frustrating... They regret to take back the product...
Store name : mambakkam main raod medavakkam..in that stores all the shampoo theu being sold which is one year old product... Really it worrying.. I need a proper solution from the apollo management and dont want to happen again...

I went to your store at janta store, bapu nagar, JAIPUR the pharmist standing there recommended a gel tube for fungel infection. Saying that this is best, I asked him to give me tube recommended by dr. To me. He said take this, this is better. Today I went back to the store saying please replace this as this is not suiting me. The person refused to do that, and I also asked there manager to check the availability of the product that was asked...

This is for order id[protected].. Ordered on 31st oct and till now no information about it... Had called 3-4 times to customer care and they gave diff mail id everytime. I had mailed also for which never got replied... Trying calling the customer care number now but it's telling a wrong number... One of the worst site have ever seen... Never recommend any1.

We have taken mammy pako pants 32 pieces nb_1 on 19/11/18 and the packet was fully damaged due to ants bites after opening the packet. The packet was full of ants and holes for the diapers due to ants bite..
Not a correct response from the branch after calling so many times
So we feel that they cheated on us...

Hi i have purchased medicine vide inv no 1155cs0015945 dtd 20-11-18 from your vadodara-sun pharma road branch on verbal assurance that if medicines will not used (Travel purpose) & in sealed condition returned the same & bye anything against for same amount & now they are denied for the same.
So your company policy is what or no policy. If policy exist why your employees are chiting people by false commitment.
You're policy is such then you will be looser and not customer oriented.

We are paying through provided phone pe wallet but the pharmacist suggested please don't come this and that time, come when we free, and the pharmacist was not friendly reltionship with customers and angry to others. He was harsh, he said to me, you will get some benefits by paying through phone pe, this non of his business, we are paying what we get and pay through provided wallets.
Please encourage this kind of people, this will cause bad opinion on your services, i ask him his good name but he didn't reveal, he ask me why, what will you do, this kind of questions he asking me

Sir, i have ordered a item vide order id[protected] on 01 nov 18 but the item was not shipped for 2 weeks. After contacting a number of times to customer service of apollo, the item was dispatched on 15 nov 18 from delhi. I was informed that the item was dispatched vide awb no.[protected] through ecom express and while tracking the order it showed as the item delivered on 16 nov 18. Now the complaint is that the item is not yet delivered to me. I have not received the item and contacted a number of times to apollo pharmacy delhi and even ecom express too but my issue is not resolved. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I asked for a particular cough syrup, but he said it is not available and had only apollo cough syrup and when his co worker came and around he pointed out that they have the cough syrup which i asked him.
When i asked why he didn't want to give me what i asked for, he said it was expired but when i saw the exporter date it was 2012, and he changed his answer and said that the cover was damaged but it was not.

Since the order the status is showing as packed only. Please get the product delivered to me....

I purchased 5 apollo apple drinks an hour back near apollo pharmacy vidyanagar opposite tyrocare hospital, when my husband and me tasted the drink we experienced unpleasant smell from the drink so i went back to pharmacy to return it, the person in your pharmacy mishaved with me when i asked him to replace the me product with other apollo product, this is not at all fair how could he behave in such a manner with a elder women like me.. When i asked the details of the store manager he said his manager name is reddy and said to give complaint against him to his manager how could he say that.??? I threw your product there itself.. This is not at all correct... Shame on apollo..

Apollo pharmacy, sheela nagar, visakhapatnam, ap :.in this unit staff always say that the system is not working... They make a note of our purchase on a piece of paper. God knows whether they are entering it in system or not. Whenever we want to purchase from our credit points, the same stock reply: "system not working".

Hi, the customer care executives are very rude. I have called the customer care to know the status of my refund. The voice of the customer care representative was very aggressive and when I asked his name, he just disconnected the call. Even after calling them they are disconnecting the calls. At last one representative lift the call and when I asked the name of the person who spoke to me. He was backing his colleague stating that we have 40 members. Please provide appropriate feedback to them.

I have purchased few medicine at apollo pharmacy at jeewan hospital rohtak road new delhi -110005 on dated 3/011/2018 it has debited from my phonepe account but not reflected to your outlet (Transaction id c1811031956358421276296) then i have paid again the same amount.
The said amount was not credited in my phonepe wallet. I have lodged my complaint to phonepe support they are asking to contact you...

Please note i placed a order of medicine to your ramgarh depot kolkata 700047 on 11.11.2018.. Arjam8n 100mcg 2. Nucardua regard 20 mg the order was taken but they did not deliver the same and i could not give the medicine to my patient.. They also not receive my telephone call also.. I complained the same to the in charge mr gopal mob.[protected] and achinta no[protected]. At 9.30 pm when from other phone shri shankar mondal of ramgarh depot told that we can not deliver medicine. After that next day also they did not give any massage. But very peculiar that the customer care no furnished by the company in cash me memo [protected] and 60011111.. Is false.. How they are doing business violating clinical establishment act and they are not having any registered pharmacist as required by law..in apollo hospital as the depot are under them having any staff who could understand my complaint.. They are telling we are not aware about it miss beauty told me...
