[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — pharmacy employee not taking the return (revital tablets) which is not used and not opened

On June 26 2019 in Apollo Pharmacy Pallikaranai, Chennai (Pin:600100)
My mother took Revital Tablet two container instead of zincovit and other medicine too . And the same has been not used /opened. I went to same pharmacy for returning the Revital tab only, But the employee amasavali not took the return and refused to take back even it is not opened.
And employee misbehaved/used unparlimentary words and do what ever you want and
she gave it in return like oral medicine are not returnable.
I am 12 years customer for apollo pharmacy. I never saw any kind of notice
like this Oral medicine are not returnable.
Kindly help on this. And take necessary action on this.
