Apollo Pharmacy — Pharmacy technician doesn't know to read doctor prescription

Hi Team,

I was in Tiruverkadu, Chennai- 600077.
Near my home two Apollo Pharmacy are there. One near Tiruverkadu temple my wife yesterday went to buy medicine in morning the pharmacy technician given me wrong tablet. Doctor prescription says MAXILIV(used for digestion and liver disease) but I got MAXGALIN 50 mg(used as a pain killer).

Since I cross check price I come to know the difference. Since a jaundice infection person if I took pain killer medicine it worsen my infection and get my health in trouble.

Then yesterday evening I went to Apollo Pharmacy opposite to Hyderabad briyani shop in Tiruverkadu Chennai - 600077, there I asked for Celvida Liv they search in system and said its not available. But when I saw in the nutrient powder rack I saw that name.

As a normal person I am able to recognise the name of the medicine but as a technician they are struggling and providing wrong medicine.

I don't want to make it an issue but please place a trained technicians to serve people. Atleast one trained person per pharmacy.

Hope this request is taken care and it will not happen again.
