[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — PhonePe transaction not refunded

Dear SIR/MADAM,

I have done a transaction via PhonePe at Apollo Pharmacy (Shop No.5, Malancha Housing Complex, Plot No AA-IIB/ BLK/5(P), Action Area IIB, New Town, Rajarhat, Dist-North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700157) of ₹705 on 10th October 2020, 6:36pm.

Although the transaction was Successful (screenshot attached), but merchant said that he didn't get the payment. He told me that I will get my money back in my PhonePe within 2-3 days. So, I have paid again using my debit card and taken the product.

But till now, I haven't got the PhonePe transaction refund. So I'm now writing to you to get my refund.
I have raised query so many times to the Apollo store, but still I could not get my money back.
I hope you will help me to solve this query...
Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Got a call from Apollo pharmacy. And after that my money is credited to my PhonePe linked bank account

Dear SIR/MADAM

I have done my transaction via phonepe at Apollo pharmacy, ward no.4, property no 37/25 hosapete, Gandhi circle Anekal, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 562106 of ₹336.65 at 10 March 2021, 12:43PM.

Initially merchant sent me the request to pay via phonepe and I started the payment and it was taking so much of time to get transacted due to my network issues and later they said they have cancelled the transaction. After that I have paid the amount by cash of ₹336.65(photocopy attached).

And after some time I got a message from bank that you debited ₹250 and the transaction was successful (photocopy attached), it has deducted low than the actual price because I decided to pay ₹250 by phonepe and remaining by cash of ₹186.65. Then they told me that your amount will be refunded within 2-3 days.

But till now I haven't got any phonepe refund.
So I am now writing to you to get my refund.

I hope you will help me to solve the query. so please go through the issue as soon as possible.
