It's regarding my order number[protected] which I placed on 2nd July since the delivery time was promised by 10:30am on 3rd july. Those are urgent medicines for my mom..It's almost 10pm and I have no communication from the company.

I called them, raised a complaint through the app, emailed them, but all it's mentioned on the app that the order is delayed with whatsoever no ETA mentioned.. and my payment is done..i am trying to cancel the order since 12pm in the afternoon as it did not come by 10:30, but since then it's not allowing me to cancel and blocked my money..If i could cancel and get the refund, i could order from somewhere else..

Now, I will not be available to receive the order tomorrow and I don't know what to do now..

I'm from mappedu pincode 600126.

I'm using a apollo pharmacy to buy the medicines for my parents and grandparents.

Recently about 6 months to 1 year I'm using apollo pharmacy at kasbapuram to buy medicines they are not getting mobile number from us.if they get an number we would get an reward which can be claimed after

Hello, I placed an order on 27th June 2022 order ID[protected], the order was suppose to deliver on 29th June 2022 however the medicine is yet to deliver.

I complaint to customer care over email and call but so far there is no resolution, the irony is that the app doesnt provide the option to cancel the order.

The order is worth 12k, the money is with Apollo pharmacy, I also can't place order to other online pharmacy platform because I am not sure if I will get the refund.

Kindly someone from Apollo pharmacy look into asap and resolve the issue.

PS - This was my first order from Apollo and I got this terrible service.

The Apollo Pharmacy people are acting as sales people forcing me to become a Apollo Group member and trying to send me free products. I have my right to refuse and to finish their targets they have been asked to force people to take up membership. Despite my phone number being associated with them, they are telling me that Glucose is good for health in summer and if I register I will get free glucose. This is very disheartening from a company of this scale.

I took 2 bottles of zifi cv syrup for my child from sector 56 gurgaon pharmacy.

I opened one bottle today and it is full of worms . The product is 1.1.2022 manufactured and not expired.
I am shocked how can u play with kids life.

Please take strict actions against the company manufacturing such products for kids.

It’s disappointing how can Apollo not have quality checks to avoid such issues

I ordered Zomelis 50 mg (10 Strips) on Jun 17, 2022. But received Zomelis Met 50 mg (10 Strips) instead. I contacted customer care the same day and a ticket was opened 821675. Two days later, I was told by the helpdesk, the store would replace the items by June 22, 2022 and the ticket was closed as resolved. But the replacement did not happen. I contacted the helpdesk again. They reopened the ticket. This time I was told the store would replace the items by June 25, 2022. But the replacement did not happen this time either. When I contacted helpdesk again, I was asked to reopen a new ticket. That's what I have done now. It has been more than 10 days since incorrect medicines were delivered and they still have not fixed the issue. And what's worse they promised that they would replace the incorrect medicines twice.

I am utterly disappointed.

I have submitted and order for medicines from Apollo 24/7 app costing Rs. 2050 which was to be delivered on 25 June 2022 by 10:00 p.m.

Have been regularly buying products through Apollo pharmacy. My recent experience of buying Apollo brand is pathetic. Bought Baby diapers and wipe of Life brand after so much persuasion by Apollo staff. Its our first time we bought this product XL 55 pcs dated 25th July 2022 from nearest apollo store. After using first piece of diaper, have noticed the product is not at all satisfactory meeting baby requirements. it gt leaked in the first instance. Becm unhygienic..cant be suitable to hold more than 2 hrs.. not at all useful in the night.. The worst part is that the diaper converting to lumps in just few hrs.. and the wipes are of the low quality. Highly disappointed with this product. Going further to higher authorities for filing complaint.

Purchased thro their website according to online prices but when actual delivery happened self was asked to pay 190 INR extra . I paid the delivery executive as the time was already 22:00 I dint want him to stay late hrs due to their online fake propaganda and raised complaint with invoice and online proof etc ..
5 days over till now there is no feedback from their customer care but asking me to send same details of bills again and again which I did posted 3 times now . Worst customer care and unethical team out there.

On 24th June 2022, I have ordered (order number[protected] some medicine through online website ‘apollo247.com’ on 24th June 2022.
Application took my wrong current location that I realised later after placing the order.
I tried to change the address but website didn’t allow me to do so, I also tried to cancel the order but this was also not allowed by the website. I have requested to delivery person to deliver the medicine to my correct address or cancel the order at their side, but he also not able to cancel the order.
No customer care support available for placing the order through apollo247.com. So, I emailed to [protected]@apollo247.org. I received the ticket ID #850033.
But still after complaining through email, I received the message just after 15 minutes mentioning that the medicine has been delivered but in actual it was not received by me. I have requested for the refund the amount but it still not initiated and apollo247.com customer care team not responding.

I've ordered cabgolin 0.5 but i received cabgolin 0.25. I've complaint about this but it's been almost 2 days I didn't receive any call or refund from pharmacy

I ordered 8 items and I received only which is not even mine along with incorrect invoice from apollo pharmacy. And I’ve been complaining same from past 4 weeks and there are not concerned about what’s going with their customers. Their team is so pathetic with everything! I’ve to take follow ups everyday and same thing is been told to me that this will get resolved but now it’s almost 4 weeks there’s is resolution or update provided to me!
They should shut their online portal because our money is getting stuck and they’re not at all concerned about it!

I ordered medicines on Apollo but because of changes in medicines by doctor i requested for Apollo for return request and they approved it.
Its been 5 days i am trying on reach on all platforms and no one is responding

Hi, it's been a week and no one is responding on my order nor delivering the order.

Raised multiple complaints and even called to customer care and after waiting for 10min still was in queue.

I ordered few medicines from Apollo Pharmacy on 15th April 2022, I requested to return two of those medicine strips as I ordered them by mistake. I returned the medicines on 28th April 2022. I was informed that I'd receive the refund within 3-4 working days after they receive the medicine strips back in their store.

The date today is 21st June 2022, it has been more than a month and I still don't have my refund yet. I tried to contact them via call and I'm never getting connected with a live agent. Also, I raised a ticket online and they're not responding there as well.

I have purchased Vaporizer from Appollo Pharmacy Godrej Eternity mallasandra in the month of November 2022 it stopped working in a month. I again purchased one more piece of Vaporizer from Appollo Pharmacy Godrej Eternity on 12 Jun 2022 this stopped working within a week.

Person names Raghu Gowda was very arrogant. He was try convince me with defective product. He was saying vaporizer working fine even we can see the steam is not coming out in full flow. Kindly reach me [protected]

I got a call from Apollo pharmacy - melagaram on the 19/6/2021 about enfamil stock. The salesman said that enfamil was available at their pharmacy, so I requested home delivery.
But the salesman dint do home delivery.
As I was in need of enfamil I went to the pharmacy itself and enquired about it. Bt the 2 salesman present there gave irresponsible reply and dint respect me. This has happened many times in that Apollo pharmacy

Now today is 19 june 2022 and the team is telling the refund will be issued after 10 days
