On 4th December 2020 my mother had gone to apollo to get her monthly medicines after paying her bill she had some quieries regarding her bill when enquired certain men at the parmacy had many comments and made ofun of her . She had felt really bad and disheartened due to the issue
My mother had been getting her medicines from the same shop for almost a year and this incident has not only made her sad but also destroyed her trust in you institution.
This apollo is at DHANDAPANI STREET TNAGAR CHENNAI.
I HOPE THE NEXT TIME WE VISIT YOUR SHOP THE REQUIRED CHANGES WILL BE MADE AND ALSO WE WANTBETTER EXPERIENCED LEARNED AND MORE WELL BEHAVE STAFF

Never Ever I have seen this kind of poor service where customer is chasing about his refund
Since last 25 working days but u guys are not ready to pay nor update the status...

I have taken the medicine on 13 Nov 20 and same has been returned on 14 Nov 20 as still not get my refund amount Rs.691 as all my details given to ur customer care on 14 Nov 20 and talked to them 10-15 time eg Meghna Sujata Neha Kumud but all...

Today evening at 18:18 I went buying medicine and there were 4 people but no one looking me also neither asking about what medicine I require.
Then I asked sarcastic manner are you open then they asked what do I require and after providing me one medicine
One more customer as friend of one of the staff entered they started giving him the medi6
Then finally I got out of the shop and went Nd bought the medicine at appollo fartabad
For around 1000 rs
But I don't understand why these unprofessional people maintaining by appaloosa.

I had ordered some items on 20-Sep-2020 and my Order id is:[protected].
The Amount is paid (Rs300) through PhonePe app.
Txn ID:S2009201306151497711556.

This order was cancelled due to money demanded from the delivery agent for COD. Following which, the items were returned.

I had contacted Apollo Pharmacy then and they assured refund will be initiated an will be notified a refund id. That action didn't happen.

I contacted again after 10 days and again assured the same story.

Till now I had made four remainder calls to the customer care in all which i had been given assurances which always turned unworthy.

Further I had contacted online representative who repeated the same story.

The issue is pending for two months and still no resolve initiated in refunding the money.

This is to just to bring to notice the incident haappend with Apollo Pharmacy at Balkampet opposite Venkateswara Swamy temple S R Nagar, Hyderabad. They are not wearing mask, no gloves and crowded and with that hands they are selling gloves by touching. Even if you ask them to wear they are least bothered with customers. This has a big brand name Apollo Pharmacy and they are saying thay are doing their business. You can check the cctv footage on 7th Nov between 7 to 7:30 PM. Whole world is talking about guidelines and branded franchisees are least bothered.

Hello yesterday i tried to place a order in your Apollo 24/7 app but after i am placing the order due to some technical problems my orders is not getting confirmed no further placement of orders updating is available to me so please help me to make my placement of orders confirmed i have submitted below screen shot with the issue i am facing it with please resolve the issue for me

Your Pharmacy at Cowl Bazar Bellary denied that they haven't received the payment though i should the receipt with details - INR[protected]:02:04 TXID - [protected] Invoice Number 3286.

I had to make the payment twice and was informed within 48 hours my money would be returned. Its been a month now. Till date money not returned. I have been following up multiple times with the Pharmacy people still no response.

Can this be addressed ASAP?

I have got healing card worth Rs.1000/- in Feb 2020. I went to many nearby apollo pharmacies to redeem it but none of your staff was aware of how to accept healing card. Then due to lockdown I didn't go to any other apollo store later to redeem. Now after lockdown, I want to redeem it but the card got expired. Could you please extend the date by another month so I can redeem it.

On the 2nd of October, medicine worth ₹360 was purchased and while paying, a different code was scanned due to which the money was sent to Apollo hospitals enterprises Ltd instead of the local apollo branch. After which I had to send in money again to that branch and was informed that within a week I would get a call from the Hyderabad office followed by my refund but since then haven't recieved any response. It's been a month I haven't received any kind of call nor my money has been refunded. Kindly look into this matter.

I bought oxymeter from appollo pharmacy from Rangoli garden vaishali nagar jaipur.
Twice I return the product as it defective
Again shopkeeper send me defective product
I want to return my money back.

I have done a transaction via PhonePe at Apollo Pharmacy (Shop No.5, Malancha Housing Complex, Plot No AA-IIB/ BLK/5(P), Action Area IIB, New Town, Rajarhat, Dist-North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700157) of ₹705 on 10th October 2020, 6:36pm.

Although the transaction was Successful (screenshot attached), but merchant said that he didn't get the payment. He told me that I will get my money back in...

I've received a Apollo Healing Card with 1000rs credit in Feb month. Details are in attached screenshots. It has been expired on 28th Aug since it's validity period is only 6 months.

Due to Covid 19 pandemic precautionary measures, I've stayed at home and kept myself safe. I completely forgot about the healing card. Recently, I have verified this card at one of your Apollo Pharmacy outlet and they told me that it works only at Apollo Hospitals. As a loyal customer, I would request you to send another healing card by reloading this amount so that I can continue availing your valuable services. I would be greatful if you can do the needful.

Actually I'm in intermediate and collage was asking for ssc certificate when I ask him he was asking 4000 for ssc certificate....

On 17th oct 2020 i went to appollo pharmacy in kphb colony near subbayyagari hotel. They gave me analytica pink which was expired on march 2020 with hogher price. Its a vad remArk to appollo consider this as a serious and take action...

The above vaporiser was purchased by me on12. 10.2020 from Your Dolmundai, Cuttack, Odissa/-753001.While delivering the product it was not told to me that product if defective not replaceable. They sold a product without tasting the same. My order apparently was cancelled, they did not inform me about it but found it from their app upon checking on delayed delivery of medicines.I have subsequently made numerous calls(30+) to follow up about the refund, but unable to get any information. They claim the refund is complete and providing me some fake refund ids, and nothing has been reversed to my account. They broke my refund into two parts:
1. Rs 75.2 - I received that. The same is mentioned on their app too.
2. Rs 861.12- I have not received this amount. Nothing is mentioned about this refund on their app. They are claiming to have initiated my refund but when I am asking them to share a screenshot for the same, they are saying it is not allowed, they are providing some vague numbers which is varying according to two different customer care agents. I even confirmed with my bank. They mentioned clearly they have not received any such refunds. Apollo is providing some vague random numbers as refund id and not even sharing screenshots. They are cheating and lying blatantly.
Resolution: Initiate my refund of Rs 861.12
Dont cheat and harass customers.

I had placed an order an order for four items vide order no[protected] dated 12 September 2020. Order was partially supplied on 17 September 2
After opening of the consignment following discrepancies were found
1. Dettol disinfectant spray original was missing Rs159
2. In place of Keep safe multipurpose disinfectant spray, Toilet seat disinfectant spray was supplied Rs215
Immediately above discrepancies were raised to your help desk ticket ID no 139612 and 139400. Since then I have been requesting regularly through e mail but it is regretted to say that neither the amount is returned nor the deficiencies are made good.
A reputed pharma co. like you neither such behaviour expected nor desirable.
Charging of money Without supply/ wrong supply of items is not acceptable by you as well as by the land of law
May I request you to advice your officials to react promptly on such issue instead of lingering the case and also REFUND Rs 374.00 THE AMOUNT FOR ABOVE TWO ITEMS without further delay

For a particular bill amount is payed three times. In which twice were through paytm and one is offline payment. Offline payment was done as they said money not received through the online and they said those online payments will be refunded to me with in two days. but it was not refunded, while asking them they are asking me to come tomorrow from last 10 days. as the payment was done on 30th September 2020.
