[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — poor delivery

My family are from peravallur chennai and living in united arab emirates. When ever we come on vacation we ignore all the nearby medical shops and purchase the medicines from Apollo pharmacy - new no.11, karthikeyan salai, periyar nagar, chennai-600082, Ph : 25500766,., tamilnadu,. This time also we ordered medicines and was billed/delivered to us dated 27th july 2019 worth rs 11454.73. We found that about 8 tables short which they charged and not delivered, when i called multiple times they promised to deliver the missing tablets but didnt do till last, now we are back in abu dhabi and next time we will surely think twice to purchase from you. I hv placed an order vide order no 889669 n u delivered d wrong product.Now on returning d product u ppl are not refunding my amount from last one month it is in process..really pathetic on part o[censored] ppl n the kind of service u provide..no respond to mails n not even confirming d reason for delay in refund..
