Your store in vasundhara enclave in plaza mkt and sunrise plaza. We order regularly from sunrise store. We stay just a few metres away from the store. Anything ordered is delivered not before 2 hrs and many times after 4 hrs. Whenever we order medicines for an entire course and entire rx, either the medicine is not available or the quantity is short. While taking order they do not mention anything. Not even later. They just come late and deliver and leave. When we start checking, we find half of the order is incomplete. On 24th i ordered few items with a request for immediate delivery at 8.30 am. He told will send the order immediately. At 12pm i had to remind them and finally the order arrived at 1pm. Yesterday at 7.52pm i ordered cifran 500 14tabs, he said can he send other brand, i said ok. He delivered it at 10.30pm and that too 2 tabs short. Didn't even infirm us. Why should we take medicines from such a shop which is not dependable, reliable and has no respect for customers. I stopped taking medicine from plaza mkt store because of this.
