[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — poor hospitality

Hi, i am writing this mail to improve your service this is not a complaint,
I was discharged from mmrv hospital from last sunday only due to covid 19. One month i was in hospital, even still with o2 in my house.
I have 2 small kids with me.
We use to order all our medical needs from only our apollo. This morning @11.17 we send doctors prescription through watsup and keep on following with this particular shop. Till 5.30pm she said we are working on it. But after 5.30 simply she was telling that we can't deliver, we don't have staff. After my wife walking to the store and purchased, the time mogappair was rainy, even my wife reached your pharmacy they were 7 staffs are in duty. 4 boys and 3 girls, they all arranging for stock which arrived newly.
Even for the basic caurtasy no one given apologies from your team.
This is the service given from the great apollo in across our country?
Pls takencare and ask someone to talk from your team.
I was very disappointed and diprashed.
