This was the second time and would be the last to shop on "apollopharmacy.in" site.

My order ID is[protected], order date : 31 Jul, 2020, delivered on 03 Aug, 2020 (420 kms away). Everything was fine until the shipment reached my home. When I received it, I observed that the amount on it was 402/- but the amount for which I had ordered was 596/-.

I have bought apollo biotin 5000mcg recently from near by apollo store where they have charged me 480 rupees... But wn i checked the same in apollo website they are selling the same for 230 rupees... Why is this difference... Even the store guy should have told me about the online offer why did he looted me like that... I felt cheated and i definitely think apollo has to do justice to me...

We buy a kids Tedibar soap rate 150/- in adarsh nagar Visakhapatnam apollo pharmacy, but same soap in same line their is another apollo pharmacy in that 140/- what is the different between these two, every month we are buying at least 2000/-, i asked the pharmacy people who working their two ladies and one man they dontknow how to speak with customers....

I have purchased pen type novomix insulin from apollo pharmacy, mogappair west, costing roughly around rs.720/- after deduction of 10 % for members, is not working. I have again visited apollo pharmacy and asked for replacement. The staff obtained it and after a period of three days given a pen which is also not working. Order placed on 1st aug, they delivered on 2nd august with a big mistake
The order was placed for starpress am xl 50 mg which costs rs. 414.45 for 30 tablets whereas they cheated me by delivering starpress xl 50 mg which costs rs. 255. 15 for 30 tablets. The tablet composition is different for both the tablets and they are taking no steps as of now to resolve the same.

Now they have closed...

I ordered savlon antispectic liquid 1litre bottles 2 from apollo pharamacy online on 27july 2020. But apollo pharamacy deliver me savlon disinfectant spray bottles on 30 july 2020. The delivery boy took money and left. At that time i called to customer care about my item. They tell return the item back sir and cutted the call, on 31 july 2020 the delivery boy came and asked the item back, at the time i call the customer care about return...

I went to ur apollo pharmacy on 23/07/2020, to buy non sterile gloves but you people have increased price to 30%, i. E from 6 rs to 8rs.. I think govt kept price rate 750/100 pieces for sterile gloves. Is it fair. Give me clarification or else i will feel u have looted....
