I have purchased 75rs products frm apollo pharmacy at nizampet road branch on 6th sep 2020 which is opp to andhra bank, staff has send me phone pe link, i have paid through phone pe, my amount deducted from my account and the transaction is successful, but they told me not received and taken hand cash of 75rs, and there after no response from them as iam following up with the issue, smaller the amount but if it is large amount...?. Please do needful

I being a regular customer of apollo pharmacy-anna nagar. I have purchased a similac stage -2 baby food for my 1 year old boy around mid or last of july-2020 (Exact date no idea as i don't have the bill). But due to some series of problems faced by me i was not able to return the same to the shop. Then as on 11-sep-2020, i went to return the same, but they denied to return it and the packet was sealed and was not expired as per the date mentioned on it. I asked them to exchange but without giving proper reason they denied sometimes they say i don't have bill or they say its being 3 months etc. I asked them to give the proper reason for non return in writing. But they clearly denied. Kindly help.

Ur personal at apollo pharmacy had told me that i will not get any promotional messages but i am getting and it is keep on coming ..just stop that messages

I placed an order for ap blood glucose strips combo pack. I received the consignment today with apollo pharmacy bill for 1 ap blood glucose strip +La (HSN code 38220090 batch no. 08-2020 expiry dec 21) for rupees 499, but the item recieved was 2 packs of Lancets batch no. 25gf00004
Mfd july2020 expiry june2025. I have not received the Blood Glucose test strips. The bill no. And other details are given below

I have purchased the mamy poko pants M 74'S - 96'S on offer price on 25 July 2020. In the package the pants was not up to the level. Since if my son wear it the pants are in leakage condition i went and inquired them. They told to bring the package along with the letter stating that the issue in the package. We gave the letter and return the package. Now they are saying that the dealer person is not coming and only when he comes they will give it. They didnt give any response in this issue. Hence the staff and the shopkeeper are irresponsible speaking to the costumer.

I order an oximeter through apollo 24/7 on 9th september 2020 and got delivered on 10th sep'2020. But received a damaged item for which i have dropped an email, called the many times, binged on what's up and pinged on social media, nobody is responding, even i mailed to the ceo as well for the damaged, as nobody is answering. Yesterday itself, i raised the issue.. But till now they did not even solved, seems like very careless and unprofessional. Kindly request you to take this item back and refund my payment.

Hi, i am writing this mail to improve your service this is not a complaint,
I was discharged from mmrv hospital from last sunday only due to covid 19. One month i was in hospital, even still with o2 in my house.
I have 2 small kids with me.
We use to order all our medical needs from only our apollo. This morning @11.17 we send doctors prescription through watsup and keep on following with this particular shop. Till 5.30pm...

On 30th august, 2020 i have got a message from vm-apollo that "u have earned 18.95 health credits (Hc) on trxn dated 30/08/2020. Use 53.97 hc balance @any apollo centre."
On 03/09/2020 i go to nihati apollo pharmacy for procuring some medicine item and asking them to adjust and utilise the said hc balance of 53.97 but they said that the available hc balance of the said card no.[protected] is rs.32.41 that is the difference of rs.21.56.
Hence i do not clear why such discrepacise occured to my card, please explain with necessary back-up and detailed break-up and immediately

Had a bad experience at the store. I asked for the discount of 10% as the bill was 574/- and i told him to take the money from my apollo card. I have 70rs in my card. Instead of giving discount he added money in my card which i was not interested to. He was not polite with me. They didn't even give my change.
They were not insisting the customers to maintain physical distance, it almost looked like a wine shop. I forgot to take the photo of that store, otherwise i would have submitted the photos to print and electronic media. I really felt embarrassed and insecure.
Contact webpage of apollo pharmacy is also not working properly.

I order a oximeter of a reputed company through apollo 24/7 on 5th august and order was delivered on 6th august.. But with some china oximeter without informing me.. So on that day i raised issue.. But till now they did not even solved it's been 31 days.....

I have ordered an Oxymeter (order number:[protected] of Rs. 1700/- on 2nd Sept 2020 and expected delivery date was 3rd Sept 2020. I am still waiting after 3 days and after calling to customer care number they keep saying it will be dispatched tomorrow..tomorrow ...tomorrow...

Desirable resolution: Order need to be received on urgent basis

This is Shrinivas ...Work as an business officer in Zydus LIVA healthcare ...today I visited one of the general phyisican near my area Ayyanavaram due ...to Continue work I'll yesterday 2/09/2020 so affected body pain, fever, Vomiting. So counsel the dr and also Got Rx for my medication.Some reason the tyup dr medical shop asked some details I just shocked.So medical shop told me to ask medplus and Apollo they told me the same reasons "The tablets are not available ...wow its awesome so I asked politely "Sir I'm an business officer its mean medical representative in Zydus Company its an very emergency ..for me I don't know your rules ...Apollo trusted please here after I never trusted Apollo pharmacy and its unacceptable rules ...please clarify or Justify my Concern its right or Wrong

I'm complaining for poor quality services and inexperience of the staffs. The worth thing is the staffs did no know about their medicine stock even they did not check properly in their system. We are fed up. Please train them properly before placed to the store.

Ordered 2 digital thermometers on 9th aug 2020. And the delivery happened on 13th august 2020. The products weren't working. Called customer care and they told me to email to apollo care. I did that too and no response still.

Please avoid using apollo pharmacy. I need a resolution and it's been more than 2 weeks now they haven't even responded.

I am a customer with appolo pharmacy for more than 10 years. Today i am having horrible experience to have ordered from rohini sec 13 pharmacy, delhi. I ordered a few product from here out of which one product i wanted to exchange to which mr amit kumar told me, the system has crashed and would only replace after 1st aug. I asked them to give me in written to which mr anil kumar went berserk and started shouting it’s my mistake not their...

The Karimnagar doctor street Apollo pharmacy staff behaviour is very rude. The staff name is Lava kumar, the card payment was not working and his response was rude regarding the alternative payment. After the payment is complete he made a gesture asking me to get out of the store and did not give me my bill.

This was the second time and would be the last to shop on "apollopharmacy.in" site.

My order ID is[protected], order date : 31 Jul, 2020, delivered on 03 Aug, 2020 (420 kms away). Everything was fine until the shipment reached my home. When I received it, I observed that the amount on it was 402/- but the amount for which I had ordered was 596/-.

There was less quantity delivered, one item not sent and also a few of the delivered items in the shipment were different from what I had ordered (items were mismatched). In order to having decided to return the order I did not open any single item and left aside the whole shipment box (in the same condition it was delivered) in my home.

Their customer support on APOLLOPHARMACY is very pathetic. They don't want to lift my calls and if they do lift, really, call quality would be bad, strong mic disturbances etc. Sometimes they even cut-off the call in the middle if I start raising the issue to them. Such a ill-mannered behaviour.

I started contacting their only customer service number[protected] from the very first day. Their customer service people does not even exist for a few days. This 1860 series numbers were never toll free, they charge on such numbers even if you are just waiting for anyone to pick up, eventually we feel to end the call after waiting for 15 minutes, if we got lucky, it would get connected to someone to speak. Companies do this to reduce the number of calls and making us to pay hefty bills though you are on 'unlimited calls' pack.

I made a number of calls everyday (really many) with a hope that at-least someone would be actually concerned to resolve the issue but no one really helped even after three weeks of delivery. I also made few conversations in the chat box on their website which those people take minutes together for a reply after introduction. An unknown point here is you would not be able to chat with them if you seriously raise the concern and ask to resolve it because they disable the chat box (it just vanishes for ever) for that browser in which you were having a chat until then. I also used different browsers (on my mobile, PC) to start off again and again and eventually I got disabled with that chat box in each browser.

In the meantime I was told to send mail every time regarding the issue (by attaching snapshots of the shipment and the order details) to "[protected]@apollopharmacy.org" (Aug 3, 2020, 1:29 PM), next to "[protected]@apollopharmacy.org" (Aug 3, 2020, 6:43 PM), also to "[protected]@apollopharmacy.org" (Aug 11, 2020, 9:40 PM) and also to "[protected]@apollopharmacy.org" (Aug 14, 2020, 4:35 PM). I had sent mails to whosoever as directed by the customer support every time. But none of them ever gave me a reply even to this day[protected].

I also started contacting directly to the sender which is "Begumpet-2" branch (found this on the invoice they sent in the shipment) from Aug 4th onwards. They were responsive and proper on their side to help with the customer. On the first day they intimated me to leave the order aside as-it-is and told me to return, with no item missing in it, when a courier pick-up person (from DELHIVERY as it is their courier partner) comes. I spoke with the store online executive named Ramesh. He told that they will cancel and ask to return the order to the origin from their side, as there is no returning option on the website (apollopharmacy.in) for a customer to do so. Later on the other day they also told that the concern to get the order returned was also intimated to the DELHIVERY team and pick-up would be done within two working days. I had waited but no one came. So I called them again stating the situation and they told that someone had to be coming for pick-up and that they would followup the situation with the courier team (DELHIVERY). This was happening everyday (I am calling them and they telling me that they would enquire) since then until Aug 21 when the store incharge told me this time that it would take ten days to get the pick-up done by the DELHIVERY team and they promised me on that.

But till now no one ever came for the pick-up. Sad part is it has not even been initiated for the return order (concluding this because I am enquiring for the same with the DELHIVERY support team through mails and also I came to know by a local DELHIVERY delivery person).

I have bought apollo biotin 5000mcg recently from near by apollo store where they have charged me 480 rupees... But wn i checked the same in apollo website they are selling the same for 230 rupees... Why is this difference... Even the store guy should have told me about the online offer why did he looted me like that... I felt cheated and i definitely think apollo has to do justice to me

We buy a kids Tedibar soap rate 150/- in adarsh nagar Visakhapatnam apollo pharmacy, but same soap in same line their is another apollo pharmacy in that 140/- what is the different between these two, every month we are buying at least 2000/-, i asked the pharmacy people who working their two ladies and one man they dontknow how to speak with customers....
