Regarding order #[protected]
I raised a request to deliver a product on 28th Feb, your executive marked this order as delivered but product not delivered at my location, When I spoke to delivery guy, he confirmed me that product can not be delivered and will be returned to medical store.
I raised a complaint regarding refund of my amount where in your executive assured me that she is cancelling this order and within 24 hours somebody will get in touch with me for the same.
I waited for 24 hours but status is still showing delivered and when I spoke to next available customer support executive he said there is no such request for cancellation.
I asked that guy to transfer this call to supervisor, later I spoke to supervisor (Name:-Rehmat, Designation - Supervisor) and he doesn't have knowledge how to handle the customer and he is very rude over the phone. If I would be getting such kind of fantastic support from Apollo customer care then I should discontinue to purchase the products from Apollo. It is being almost 48 hours and no resolution has been shared till yet. Was this information helpful? |
