I bought a medicine from Apollo Pharmacy store. The doctor prescribed me 7 days of medicines but Apollo store persons were adamant that they will give me 10 days of medicines only. Because, they can't cut the strip. Is there any policy regarding this, if yes then can you please share the policy document.

I ordered medicine from Apollo 24×7 . But they charged the more amount than MRP. after raising complain through apollo helpdesk .but no one has responded to compalin and not refunding amount. Apollo cheats the customers....

I have 2 Gift vouchers from apollo pharmacy.I tried to redeem this in PondyBazzar, Thanikachalam and G.N Chetty Apollo Pharmacy branches in chennai .But non of them are accepting to redeem this gift voucher for the medicine order.They are asking to go to the main branch (Apollo pharmacy at Greams road ) for using this voucher. Do you expect me to spend Rs.500 towards transportation for redeeming a Giftvoucher worth of Rs.500.

I raised a request to deliver a product on 28th Feb, your executive marked this order as delivered but product not delivered at my location, When I spoke to delivery guy, he confirmed me that product can not be delivered and will be returned to medical store.
I raised a complaint regarding refund of my amount where in your executive assured me that she is cancelling this order and within 24...

Told me to wait at the door..at the same time allowed 2 customer to enter..on raising objection on that the employee misbehaved with me and didn't allow me to enter in the store. This happened at about 11.45 am at main block ground floor. Apollo hospital, greams road, Chennai.

I get too many sms from apollo even after submitting a complaint. (#415089). Look into the issue and make sure to delete and unsubscribe my account. DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND HEALTH CREDITS. Who needs your health credits you mindless fools...

I purchased a product via the Apollo pharmacy website. Since then, I am receiving multiple promotional SMS and communications per day.

I don't want to receive any of these as they are very bothering. My number is also registered with DND.

I tried to block contacts, unsubscribe to SMS (APOLLO UNSUB to [protected]) but nothing works, I am still receiving those promotional messages.

Their customer care number is unreachable as well.

Please resolve quickly as I receive around 10 messages everyday.

My complaint is that today I order many things like ensure, aciloc RD, Ecosprin Av 75/20and lifebuoy hand sanitizer in lifebuoy hand sanitizer the mfd date was 06/2020 and exp date was 05/2022 so today was 26/02/2022 so the exp date was too closed I want return and refund my order I call alambazar appolo Pharmacy they were saying that the order was not on our hands so I say I order from apollo 24/7 and the order was from 44 cossipur road, Kolkata 36 so what I do

I have only recieved 3 items and rest 3 Are missing . I have been charged for whole 6 items that is of 1004 rup. But haven’t recieved 3 items in the package....

On 25/02/2022 night at about about 7.20 PM I along with my wife visited Appolo pharmacy shop location at Surya Rao Hotel, main market, Peddapuram, East Godavari District, AP and purchased Otrivin Oxy nasal spray and Rozalet-10 strip. But he has not given the bill for above purchase. On demand for the bill i had to wait for much time. But the person at bill counter didn't give me the bill and issued bills to the persons who came after me. I asked him why you are giving bills without giving priority to the customers. He replied me rashly wait for the bill. After billing Mr. Valee put the bill in my hand rashly by murmering with rash language. Iam a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy, Peddapuram. Please take necessary action against the person Mr. Valee who misbehaved with me. Rash behaviour of such persons towards the customers will hamper the good will of Appolo pharmacy. I received my covid vaccine from apollo hospitals. ever since then they have been continuously spamming my number with promotional messages.

this is an extremely cheap tactic and it has been annoying me to no end.
please unsubscribe my number from your list.

Dear sir/mam,

I had placed an prepaid order (ORDER#[protected] for medicine on Apollo Pharmacy website worth of 501 rupess on 3rd of februray 2022 and the expected delivery date was 8th feb 2022. But still, it has been more than 17 days since order placement, my order is not even getting dispatched from their store.

I tried to contact them since 13th feb 2022, only once they called me to resolve the issue but no action was taken and after that i tried to contact them but to no avail.

There is not even any option for order cancellation, so that i could get my money back.

Please help me get refund as i have been missing my prescribed medicine dose for many days now.

I am literally sick of the promotional non sensical sms you send me every day. I have complained to your twitter account but I get no response ever. Please stop sending me these SMS. I am dead serious about this complain or I will have to go few steps higher to get this resolved.

My Apollo One Membership card [protected] is deactivated by someone who is actively working between 04:30pm to 05:00pm and unexpected things have been raised in transit via billing counter - here my wish to my card balance - therefore actually deactivated...

Have been getting some ridiculous msgs twice daily from Apollo. Not able to unsubscribe or cancel the service. Looking like ur all scamming ppl with ur chargeable calls which are of no use. Pls stop sending me ur stupid sms s.....
