[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — product not delivered despite payment -#[protected]

Despite several mails and calls to the customer care, my order #[protected] diabetic ensure refill pac in the name of sucharitha sundararaj has not been delivered to my billing address in chennai. The amount for the same has been fully paid. And its more than 3 weeks. Kindly update me at the earliest. I have followed up on chats, mails and over phone calls, but my issue unaddressed yet.
Request a refund of the amount paid, and i never expected this kind of careless attitude from apollo pharma.
