Apollo Pharmacy — Product not delivering and refusing to refund

I ordered Infant milk powder and multivitamin drops. As I'm out of the town and my wife can't go out with 3 months baby, I ordered in online Apollo 24/7 app. Its been 1 week, not received the items, when ever I call customer care, they simply say that its shipped and out of delivery. There is no option for me to cancel in the app, so I asked the executives to cancel from their end and to refund the amount. They neither delivering nor refund the amount. What can I dp now? So irresponsible attitude of Apollo24/7. I fed up. Please help me.
