Sir my order id is[protected] and i have placed this order on 19th of august but it was not shipped yet and shows the status that order has been confirmed i have registered the compain alredy on toll free number and complain number is - 89942.. But no positive response from your side and after being frustrated by call calling number of times to you toll free number yesterday i have registed a complain for order cancellation and refund and one of your executive told me that you will receive a mail regarding your order cancellation within 2 hours but it was aleady more than 24 hours and doesn't receive any mail regardaing order cancellation.. And refurd..
