Apollo Pharmacy — Products not delivered and money is not refunded

I ordered himalaya baby products from apollo pharmacy website for an amount of rs 1885.95 on march 29th of 2020 during the covid 19 curfew. The products were not delivered and amount is also not refunded. Whenever i call the customer care no one answers the call and i tried even the online chat in their website no one responds. I need the refund
