[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Promoting Apollo branded medicines even when asked for exact medicine

I had asked for a Benadryl cough syrup, then the executive tries to sell me an Apollo made cough syrup. I specifically asked for a Benadryl, and he told me that this is better than that. I pressed that I want Benadryl itself, and then he went inside and brought 2 cough syrup and tried to sell one that is some other brand, again saying this is better than Benadryl. This time I said sell me Benadryl if you have and don't waste my time, then immediately he brings out Benadryl cough syrup.

It seems to me like Apollo Pharmacy outlets are promoting their own products over what is prescribed or asked for. This is equivalent to blatantly cheating the customer, and next time I plan on going to them with a camera and filming the interaction.

I am not sure if the management knows about this, and I urge them to stop these misdeeds while playing with the health of customers. I am very much disappointed with this brand and would prefer individually run medicine outlets instead.
