[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — purchased the medicines through apollo 24/7 app not even delivered at

Ordered babies milk powder on 25 March. Order was cancelled without my notice and also didn't not get refund yet. Please check

I had raised an order for baby diapers on 26th March, which is shown as processed but still no update on shipping.
There is no option to cancel as well. I tried to reach customer care but nobody is picking neither are they replying to the mails..

Ordered 8th may in Apollo 24/7 but status showing delivered on 13th May at 11:13 PM.
My order is[protected] and it was not delivered.
I tried to raise concerns but in 24/7 wts up did not give any response.

Kindly help how to get my money or order?

We ordered checkfall 10% for me through apollo 24/7 app on 9th of Dec 2022, before placing the order it show the delivery time is same day (9th of Dec ) still now we haven’t received one of the product and any update about the checkfall 10% order & if I am speaking with Delivery Agent he is not giving proper information and also even we called to customer care there is no response and tried in all the ways i wrote emails.
below I’m attaching the order details as well as the Delivery Agent voice recording and contact number of that person and payment also plz look in to it ans delivery the product asap or refund my money.
