[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Raricap tablet - forced to buy 40 nos. | |
Though I had requested only for 10nos.of rari cap tablet, I was forced to take only 40nos because they said they will not cut strip. And my mother had only 10nos.after which its stated losing its quality ( leaving cracks and loses its shape, see the attached image). When reported to the local Apollo pharmacy, ayapakkam, Chennai. They said they will not take it back as a policy. Felt cheated for the amount paid and medicine supplied.

Verified Support Dec 28, 2020 Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care's response As a Policy If have Valid Prescription, We will cut strip even if 1 Tablet is Written. Without Prescription we recommend buying 1 Strip so Customer has All Details Including Expiry Of Medicine.
