Apollo Pharmacy — Received damaged product

Recently I ordered Himalaya baby diaper big pack from Apollo pharmacy store through online by "Apollo 24/7 " app in Vijayawada Moghalrajpuram Branch_2. While opening a new pack observed that there is tamper on item and was covered with cello tape which is not visible surely while selling the product. Is this the company policy to sale the damaged items to customers. How negligible the Apollo pharmacy staff are. While being verified to deliver, dont they check the items how they are ? And that to its a baby product. In what way they are caring the customers if this was one issue from my side . Completely dissatisfied with the product.
