They are not processing my refund

I received my order on 18 nov, order no. #[protected]. One of the ordered looked like it was hampered with, so I wrote multiple emails and the ordered was picked up for return. It’s been 8 days now and I still haven’t received the refund. I called them twice and they said the order status is showing delivered and they said they would take the issue forward on priority basis. The Store incharge is hesitant to sell product.

In the morning at around 10 am, 5th Dec 2021, I went to purchase SIMILAC (3) from Apollo Pharmacy at Gayatri Nagar, Raipur. But I am sorry to say that the store manager was hesitant to sell me the product with a suspicious eye the reason being I ask for corporate or card discount.I have been denied for discount by saying that I am not eligible for discount. Bill while purchasing medicines

In address:(Near Collectorate, VZM, Andhrapradesh) branch.

They are not giving bills unless asked before purchase. They are not giving discounts which we get at other branches. I could clearly see that their billing machine is working yet they say it's not.

In a nutshell, they are either skimming money without your notice or selling medicines illegally by compensating the numbers in customers bills and not...

Partial delivery of medicines

Not adding discount amount to card

My card is with ph no [protected].i bought many medicine from koushallya more kharagpur branch and from kharida more branch. Last purchase bill no 1326/CS0209073 DT 17/11/2021 was not updated with my card. After 14/09/2021 there was no update in card. If discount is not added in card. DAILY SMS msg even when UNSUBSCRIBED

Iam getting daily SMS messages from APOLLI.

A single mistake to OPT Apollo for online doctor during COVID and APOLLO is like a demon stick to my phone.

Ita so IRRITATING not giving customer preference.

DEFINE UNSIBSCRIBE from APOLLO POV and its meaning is SEND irritating SMS until u change to new phone.

Do u even know how much WIFI radiation u r causing to every single human wjo...

Refund amount is not yet credited

I lost to Apollo completely... Pankaj sharma is the manager who asked to give the complaint against his CEO Mr Jacob..and disconnected the call without giving the solution...how rude he was and how dare him disconnecting my call..

Refund of Online payment of Rs 1011 to Apollo pharmacy on 8-11-2021

I made a payment of Rs 1011 from my paytm account vide UPI ref no[protected]. My account has been debited of that amount but your apollo pharmacy at Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar said that the money did not go to the hdfc upi. I had to pay the amount once more in cash. Hence please refund the amount of Rs 1011 back to my account immediately...

Billing issue

On Nov 2 at 6:34 pm I have done transaction for purchasing medicine to appollo pharmacy Mehdipatnam branch Hyderabad India, I have done transaction on gpay and gpay showing transaction is completed but chemist are rejected saying that your time limit is exceeded I already lodge a complaint in bank and gpay and I got a reply from gpay that your money reached to merchant please collect money from merchant.
Same day I keep on asking about...

Don't send unwanted sms

I dont want to receive sms any of these as they are very irritating.

I tried to block unsubscribe to sms(APOLLO UNSUB to [protected]) but nothing works, I am still receiving those promotional messages.

Member discount not given

I have purchased medicine from Srirangam branch for rs214.79vide bill number 45546065dt04/11/2021.
I have not given member discount.pl do the needful and credit same to my account.
Temporary lady staff who was present not able to identify correct medicine and issuing wrong medicine.

Purchased Apollo BP machine in Hyderabad, Kukatpally jayanagar branch with1 year warranty complained several times but staff is not responding, every time asking me to come later. No bill and no discount

Hi,
I bought medicines worth Rs310 in the apollo himayatnagar outlet
I was promised a discount of 10% but was not given the same. The counter boy informs me that it is doing of the computer. The bill also was not given till I insisted for the same and surprisingly does not have apollo logo on it
I suggest you give diiscounts you promise else do not promise...

Deficiency of service

The customer service of Apollo Pharmacies is horrendous. They proudly announce various incentives to lure customers and promote their sales but they are all gimmicks. I have been their customer for the last 4 years and make regular purchases amounting to Rs. 5000/6000 per month at their pharmacy at Gogol, Margao, Goa, but realized their chicanery only recently.
1. Every monsoon they smugly announce free umbrellas to selected customers...
