On 24th August 2022, I was reached to Apollo pharmacy located near Municipal Office Tirupati. At 11pm. When asked for medicines they forced me to leave the pharmacy that they will not provide medicines and they said that it is closing time we will not provide medicines. This was the very rude behaviour that can raise to serious situation. And a serious action need to be taken on the employees in the Apollo pharmacy in the particular branch.

    Worst Behaviour and Bad Response

    WHAT HAPPENED:

    I purchased Zincoderm-GM ointment the cost is rupees 51. I said my mobile number to add the product amount and Given 500 rupees.he is telling don't you carry change while coming to the pharmacy and tell the OTP he said ... Who the hell are you to redeem my amount without my permission I asked then he is shouting on me..carry the change. I asked the employee name and designation.

    Medicines Not Delivered to GPD

    We ordered medicines online appollo pharmacy ordered 19.08.2022 today 24.08.2022 it almost going to complete one week from chennai to 46 kilometer away city they are taking one week to deliver. but they are advertising medicines delivered soon its they are making peoples clown...

    Fake message of attempted delivery

    I ordered few emergency medicines on the app on August 22, 2022 -9 pm;the delivery was displayed to be done within August 22, 10:30 pm;Around 10 pm, I received a message from apollo app stating that a delivery was attempted which in reality never took place;On contacting the delivery executive number which showed up in the app, he stated that his duty time for the day has got over and that's why he had to send such a message ;the delivery...

    Went to the Appolo pharmacy Branch located Pallikaranai 2 . The pharmacist guy denied to give the qty of 10 tablets Domstal DT 5mg instead of that he told to buy 15 tablets 1 complete strip. As I am a blink member in appolo group. Yet they have not given what I requested so finally went to a near buy medical shop and got the qty of 10 tablets. It's not a customer friendly service. Have bought only the topcef tablet in Appolo.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Sir I got medicine at store on 1st August 2022 near Venkitapuram Coimbatore. I paid via phonepe and the transaction was timed out and my account is debited.In shop I paid via another account and they said it will reverse back in 2 days, but it not reversed yet.
      I raised a ticket in phonepe they said the amount is credited to merchant's account on 2nd August 2022. So Kindly do the needful at earliest.

          Damaged foil - Eslo tel 2.5
          The medicine strips were wrapped with rubber band.
          However inner surface - foil surface was torn in one.
          So not a damage during delivery. Product was damaged
          before being packed. It is a dishonest trade practice.

          I am removing my prescription in protest.
          Your customer support takes long time to respond, so
          shall try luck with Tata or Sasta Sundar or local store.

              Medicine missing in the packet they deliver

              Sir,
              You mentioned refund is in process and order id is[protected] and transaction id is 12990478 in your mail reply. But transaction was not done even after 5 days. Whenever I send mail you reply ticket id is finished by Mentioning old ticket id. But nit reply about ticket id 1050831. Don't send any offer message using WhatsApp. I won't buy any medicine if refund is not completed.

                I placed order number[protected] on Aug 5 via Apollo pharmacy 247 mobile app. The order was never delivered but was marked as delivered on Aug 6.

                I have contacted customer care several times to get my order or refund, but there is no response.

                This is straightforward an open fraud. It gave me a lot of stress for losing my hard earned money.

                I will be logging a case in consumer court to bring the Apollo group to justice and claim the appropriate costs including the one for my mental agony.
