Sir i have ordered some medicine (Dorzox T PF) from Apollo Pharmacy dated 8 Dec 2022 they have accepted payment against the ORDER #[protected] but next canceled my order and till now I don't receive money. Another complaint of Apollo Pharmacy I have 4 times order same product every time they accept order & payment and after 1 day cancel my order without informing and their customer service executive say product is not available from our store but the product showing In Stock their website (https://www.apollopharmacy.in/medicine/dorzox-t-pf-new-eye-drops-10ml) I request you to kindly take action against the Apollo Pharmacy for wasting of time and to make the customer fool. Dec 14, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved ORDER #266778168 dated 10-Dec-22 & ORDER #266709568 dated 08-Dec-22 both canceled order refund not received and i have regularly mail to Apollo Pharmacy, every time they write your refund initiated but they can't give refund bank reference no [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] I request you to kindly do needful Apollo Pharmacy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
