I had ordered medicines worth 5600/- appx. on their website on 1st Sep'22. I had a voucher of 5000/- which I got from redeeming points on my credit card which I used for making the payment, the balance was paid through UPI. The order got cancelled from Apollo's end. I was not intimated or contacted. In the evening while I was checking why the order was not delivered, that is when I found out on the app that they have cancelled the order. On enquiring from the customer care, I got to know that the order was cancelled due to invalid prescriptions. Now I had attached 2 prescriptions - one was 12 days old which had medicines to be taken for long term and another was a prescription of BP and diabetes medicines which is a life long medicine prescription. I simply couldn't understand why the order was cancelled!
Now the refund that I got was for only 600/. Balance 5000/- which I paid through the voucher was not refunded/"credited back to source" (as they call it). Everyday since 1st Sep'22 I call their customer care asking for status of refund. But no one knows the answer. All they do is raise tickets and close it without resolution. No one knows the next step forward or the process of refund!! The customer care executives are inexperienced and have no clue as to what they are doing. It has been 8 days of me fighting with them everyday for hours!! Yes, hours! There is no senior to answer my queries. Even as I write right now, I have been waiting for someone to answer the call for more than 40 mins now! They put my call on very long holds hoping I will cancel the call. This happens every day!... And today again the customer executive Sandeep and Sarvesh cancelled the call while talking to me as they do not have an answer to my query.
