Apollo Pharmacy — Refund of amount

I have swiped hdfc debit card for buying medicines at appollo pharmacy but they said card swipe declined twice, they took 405rs through cash and delivered the products. After some time amount deducted from my card also. After 6 days i approached them for refund but they are telling automatically it will get refunded. It happened on 28/11/2020. Today its 9/12/2020 almost 10 days still no refund.
