Apollo Pharmacy — Refund of double transaction money

I bought few things from Apollo pharmacy on[protected]. The bill was generated of 757 rupees. I paid the amount using Phonepe but it was not displaying in Apollo pharmacy's database at that time and the money was debited from my bank account. The Apollo pharmacy person told me to do the transaction once again. So, I did the transaction once again and the same amount of 757 rupees was debited from the bank account once again. On second attempt, the transaction was also confirmed by Apollo pharmacy person. Then the person of Apollo pharmacy told me that the extra transaction amount will be refunded to you within 5 days but now it has been more than 20 days and the amount has not been refunded to me yet.
Kindly look into the matter.
