[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Refund of the money

I haven’t received my refund yet, it’s almost been 2 weeks.
Kindly escalate the matter to higher authority if you are not able to handle it.
I am constantly mailing the helpdesk and apollosupport for the same but all in vain. The issue isn’t been taken seriously. I have ordered the medicines from the app and paid for the same through paytm, the order was cancelled by the app itself since then it is showing refund initiated but haven’t received yet. And there this helpdesk isn’t helpful at all.
Without solving they are just sending the mail that the issue is been solved, when no refund was given.
