Apollo Pharmacy — Refuse to give receipt of medicine purchased.

Today morning I contacted to Apollo Pharmacy at nonachandanpukur barrckpore over mobile enquiring some medicines of my daughter .After being confirmed I went personally to above pharmacy between 9.30 to 10.00 am. There is only one employee who give me medicines as confirmed over telephone. But at the time of giving the receipt he refused to give receipt of the medicine named Glyxer M2 giving excuse that our system is not showing the medicine .My question is that why the employee selling the medicine whose existence is not in the system. After altercating he has taken my what app number and assuring to send the receipt in that no. But now at 2.oo pm I am ringing their mob. no. about 10 times receiving the answer"uttar nehi de Raha hai".It is my request whether the above mentioned employee is engaged with some agent selling fake medicine from a reputed pharmacy like Apollo. Please enquire the matter secretly and ensure our faith on you as before.
