Apollo Pharmacy — Refused to provide single medicine

Issue- my relative was required shellcal medicine. Which was written by doctor. As the medicine got over. I called them up regarding availability, they said it is available. When I visited them and asked to buy it. They refused. They said that they will not sell single strip of medicine from prescription. I must buy other medicines too. Also they said that prescription is 1 month old and basis this they will not sell the medicine.
