Apollo Pharmacy — Refusing to pay the refund amount

I have bought a medicine from apollo pharmacy in kammanhalli on 4th feb and done an upi transaction twice . They said within 2 days it will be refunded . I have been follwing till date no repsonse from the store they have giving a worng mobile no of the supervisor .

Request the concerned official to get the matter and resolve
