Apollo Pharmacy — reg :[protected] order cancelled, amount not refunded for 13 days

I have order lonopin tablet and paid 1116 on march-8th. Due to out of stock apollo cancelled my order.
For past 12days my amount is not refunded.
Customer persons also not responding correctly.
I requested many times by approaching the apollo customer care. But amount will refunded soon soon. Other than that while speaking in call, customer care persons are cutting my call.

Amount 1116 is not smaller amount. Kindly return my amount
