[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Regarding Healing Card Amount | |
Hi Apollo Team, I've received a Apollo Healing Card with 1000rs credit in Feb month. Details are in attached screenshots. It has been expired on 28th Aug since it's validity period is only 6 months. Due to Covid 19 pandemic precautionary measures, I've stayed at home and kept myself safe. I completely forgot about the healing card. Recently, I have verified this card at one of your Apollo Pharmacy outlet and they told me that it works only at Apollo Hospitals. As a loyal customer, I would request you to send another healing card by reloading this amount so that I can continue availing your valuable services. I would be greatful if you can do the needful.
