Apollo Pharmacy — regarding rude behaviour of shop staff at sector 62, tot mall, noida

The issue that i have experienced was: since last two times we are trying to use our points from
Apollo card but staff intentionally did not use it and told they forgot to use it this time but use it next
Time. Today again on 21 mar 2020 we went to shop and asked for a powder which staff told it is
Unavailable so we took move and asked to use apollo card points and gave our card. Staff received the
Card and asked to provide our phone number knowing the fact that phone no he can check from card
. My husband was telling the number and staf[censored]nable to hear it properly so my husband slightly
Leaned on counter to make the staff hear it properly now the staff misbehave and violently screamed
To make distance due to spread of corona virus thigh he had hanged his mask around his neck and
Did not bother to put it over his mouth and nose. Suddendly he started misbehaving and shouting and
When we said we will complian against you he bluntly said do whatever you want to do. And started
Making chaos that i will send out all customers from shop and blah blah

First of all change the staff of apollo pharmacy at sector 62 tot mall noida. Also we want to use all our
Points of apollo card from staff who should properly behave and also want a fine on this shop for misbehaving and hurting our sentiments.
