[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — replacement of novomix insulin pen. | |
I have purchased pen type novomix insulin from apollo pharmacy, mogappair west, costing roughly around rs.720/- after deduction of 10 % for members, is not working. I have again visited apollo pharmacy and asked for replacement. The staff obtained it and after a period of three days given a pen which is also not working. So i have given the insulin pen to the pharmacy staff itself. I have lost around rs.720/- towards this transaction, since apollo pharmacy, mogappair west is not inclined to replace the same with a good one. L. Anbazhagan [protected] [protected].
