As per the Order IDs shared by you. The orders were placed on 06 & 07 August 2020 out of which one order was cancelled. You have ordered an Apollo Pharmacy Optima Vaporizer Steam Inhaler last year where the warranty period has expired. Hence, we regret to inform you that we cannot replace the product nor initiate a refund.
